2. Products and language
We sell educational and practical digital resources for wedding content creators. The product page specifies the tools included, file format, language options, and price. Where a product is offered in more than one language, select your preferred language before checkout. Our current range includes: the Wedding Content Creator Starter (tools 01–04); the Business-in-a-Box (tools 01–11); the Pricing Calculator (Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheet, English edition); the Client Pricing Guide (Canva template, English (US) or Italian); and START HERE, a separate free resource.
3. Prices and payment
The price, currency, applicable taxes, and any accepted discount are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before access to paid downloads is provided. Purchases are one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page. Discount conditions are those displayed in the relevant offer and checkout.
4. Digital delivery and compatibility
No physical item is shipped. Downloads are provided electronically after successful checkout. You must provide a valid email address. Check your spam folder and contact us if you cannot access your files. You need an internet connection, a compatible PDF reader, and the ability to extract ZIP files when supplied. Some products require a free third-party account to use them (for example Google Sheets or Canva); these services are provided by their owners under their own terms. Only features expressly described on the product page are included.
5. License and permitted use
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resources for your own learning and wedding content creation business. You may print copies for your own use and use completed worksheets, templates and outputs in your own business, including sending your customized Client Pricing Guide to your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download or template links to, sublicense, or present the original resources as your own. Purchasing the files does not transfer their copyright.
6. Educational purpose
Our resources provide general educational and organizational guidance. They do not guarantee clients, bookings, revenue, or particular business results. They are not personalized legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions, permissions, client agreements, and compliance with applicable requirements.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
Please read our Refund Policy, linked at the bottom of every page. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content and any applicable right of withdrawal.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of every page, explains how personal information is handled. Never send payment card details or passwords by email.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. For questions or complaints, contact the.vow.creator@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved, any rights to use competent courts or consumer dispute procedures under applicable law remain unaffected.
