Digital downloads
The Vow Creator sells downloadable digital resources. No physical products are shipped, so physical returns do not apply.
Download or product problems
If your files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, email the.vow.creator@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help restore access or provide the correct files. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.
Duplicate charges and incorrect orders
Contact us if you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase or received the wrong product or language. We will review the order and correct any confirmed error. Please contact us before placing another order to resolve a download issue.
Change of mind
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once digital content has been accessed or downloaded. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
EU and EEA consumer withdrawal rights
Where applicable, consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, that right is lost only when supply begins after your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right, and the required confirmation has been provided. A download alone does not waive your rights if these requirements have not been met. To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, email us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and your order details.
You may use this wording, but it is not mandatory: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for [product], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
Refund method
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds will be made within the legally required timeframe.
